A Hydraulic Broomer is an advanced road cleaning attachment designed for high-efficiency sweeping in construction, municipal, and industrial settings. Unlike mechanical broomers that rely on chains and sprockets, this machine is powered by the hydraulic system of a tractor or loader, providing smoother operation and greater control.

Description

Provided hydraulic broomer machine is an expert sweeping equipment for vehicle parking lots, tourist attraction places, walking streets, residential areas, broadly expanded exhibition venues, large industrial parks, municipal sanitation and different large general areas. In addition, our it can consistently function for 6-8 hours a day. The complete structure is rigidly made to last for decades. This implement is attached to the tractor and collects dust in the dust collection unit. The large brush on the broomer machine has nylon bristles.

Operating speed should not exceed 3kmph for better cleaning.
When starting up a new brush it should initially be run at the min no of revolutions. As the brush wears down,
the diameter of brush reduces and the no. of revolution must be increased to compensate.
The rotation speed of the side brush should be adjusted so that the swept material is swept to the center of
the machine path.
There is a provision of adjustment of diameter of brush.

How It Works

Our hydraulic broomer works by using a host vehicle’s (like a tractor’s) hydraulic power to spin heavy-duty rotating brushes, sweeping dirt, dust, and debris off surfaces into a pile or collection hopper, controlling dust with water spray, and allowing adjustable brush height/angle for efficient, heavy-duty cleaning in road construction and maintenance.
